Guys,

I recently did testing for Tork Teknology.

It preformed extremely well in my 12V. :)

I also picked up a injector puller very cheap for my new Santa delivered toys. Oo.

Go to trrkteknology.com for more info.

You will not regret it. :D

Prices start at $19 $ go to $26.

I ran & held 40-41 pounds of pressure during my last visit to the track.

Bob,

Some people have tried the stretch spring. Others have added a ball point pen spring. I found after careful testing that these new O/V's work great!

During testing, I ran about 40-41 pounds of pressure while still running fuel back to the tank.

It help me post several 11 second times thru constant fuel thru the traps.

I'm sure for people pulling heavy loads up hills, it will give them the pressure to leave it in cruise because of more fuel.

If this doesn't convince you, I suggest you visit the web page to read the tech articles. I found them to be better at explaining than I could.

My '96 was feeling a bit down on power... digging around here I found out that my Overflow valve might be worn out... or fuel filter clogged... or both...

So I decided to find out.

I bought the Vulcan fuel pressure test kit from Genos, I also had to get the 14mm Cummins Banjo snubber to connect the fuel pressure unit to the injector pump (the snubber is designed to be left on permanently if you want). BTW the snubber Geno's sells is made by Tork Tek also.

The Tork Tek guys (on their website) say that idle fuel pressure should be around 20 PSI and at 2500rpm around 30.

My old stock overflow valve gave about 8 at idle to 10 at 2500 rpm.

I changed the fuel filter.

Now it was about 10 at idle and 12 at 2500 rpm... I was starting to think the guage didn't read right.

So I put in the Tork Tek overflow valve, and as advertised I had to grind a tiny bit of flashing away from the block above the overflow valve to get the old one out.

Started it up and was reading 23 psi at idle, and 30+ at 2500 rpm... (the gauge only reads to 30psi).

I haven't had it up to speed yet, but the numbers look good.
