About the wiring, fun fact for the Gen3 platform - you have separate wires for brake and indicator running to the Socket of the tail light assembly, pretty unique for a RAM but a remnant of the DC Area. The combination of the 2 is made within the tail light assembly.

Easiest it would be fit Orange Indicator to your Work bed.
Or you have a dedicated indicator and brake light each side.

Otherwise i dont know how to mix that together to get the usual US setup with indicator/brake combination wired. Hopefully someone will chime in with that knowledge.

You can get one of those trailer light controllers to convert the brake and turn signal wires into a single brake/turn wire. Myself, I would just install dedicated turn signal lights and brake lights.

With having the vulnerable TIPM that manages the lighting, Be extra careful setting the trucks lighting up on the new flatbed.

He used something he found on the net made to wire up trailers and wired the factory lights on the flatbed. So far, so good!
