We passed up a 96 Model 27' that was in new condition this summer. The only thing about it was the basic arrangement. With the newer ones having a slide out and offering dbl the room length for length. So far my wife does not like the bathroom arrangement the 5ver's have vs the ones the TT have. Meaning you have a real door to the bathroom area vs most 5ver's have exposed bath areas to the master bedroom. Not in all cases but most of them we have looked at (including the HR's) However we have not seen ANY trailers we like better than this brand. I am sure they are out there but the ones we have seen locally and at the shows its always come down to the HR's.
The 5ver's while I agree they will park and turn in smaller areas I do not like the height of them secondly, functionally its may be the smarter buy though. We have been looking at the 31' Alumascape's and really like the front bedroom with rear living area and slideout. (Single Slide only) If the bath arrangement were more standalone from the master bedroom we would consider a 5ver. pricing being similar if not equal. I presently own an 01 2500 QC SLT Cummins SB. Not a LB so another reason for me to consider the TT vs the 5ver.
Thanks for the comment
