Is anybody here having problems with bullydog quality, customer service or getting it right the first time. Well I am!!!!. I just want some honest opinions from you guys on how bullydog has been conducting business lateley. Or is it Just me?
 
John -- Can you please be more specific? I've been looking to get the right performance enhancement for me & would like to know what you're experiencing.
 
Well today it was a important part left out of a exhaust kit. Yesterday it was a another outlook monitor that the screen started blinking, The day before that it was a p-pup issue. It wouldnt work. It seems like every day its something, As a dealer, I cant make any mony on this stuff when I have to re-do, send back, modify, or appologize for the sloppyness. Edge doesnt have this problem. Yea they have some issues, as does every product, But they take care of the dealers. Bullydog dont!!
 
I had one of the first BD Triple Dogs in Houston. The Tuesday morning after the tv show. First time I plugged it in showed the intial BD screen, second screen and then dead. Never lite up again. The wholesaler I got it from just swapped me a new one from his inventory, so I did not have to deal direct with Bully Dog. But 1 out of 2 DOA is not a good average.

I know exactly how you feel,T&C Has the capital and the resource to offer any manufacturer products,You have to spend thousands to get a Banks Master distributor security agreement, After a over a year worth of sales,it was worth the cost. As far as Bullydog, I would drop their Product line and promote some other manufacture. The risk is to great and the profits Do NOT support That Type of manufacture.

Well. I have come to that conclusion. They do not protect a dealers territory & they put out a product that they "Hope" works right, While I am just a small dealer, I have moved "ALOT" of their product. I cant make any mony on it. Why? Because it screws up all the time. Not just the product. But the entire co. is a b**ch to deal with. I truley believe that the owners of bullydog are not paying attention & they are hireing some pee-on to run their business for them.
 
My experience with their triple dog/outlook setup was bad also. there products seem inferier when compared to edge and others. the quality is low and the performance is low. the guages on the outlook were off wildly +300 deg on the pyro the engine temp read 205-210 when running in the normal range and the engine was extreemly grumbly and loud on all power settings. heck there instalation instructions didnt even tell that you needed to hook the yellow wire to 12 volts for the outlook to work!!!! i called them up on the phone and the guy just laughed when i told him about it and said they knew already. :eek: I asked many questions about the product and i just felt like all the answers i got were b. s from some guy who really knew nothing. not to mention being on hold for nearly 15 min! I have called edge many times there is no long wait and you acttually get to talk to somebody that knows thier product. BD sucks thats all there is to it. :-{}

I have used the downloader with outlook monitor now since January 0 proplems, love the performance, and the few times I have called bully dog I have talked to justin, no wait on the phone and super to deal with. Go figure??
 
I have a Power Pup and Outlook Monitor. I dont recommend buying this product. Poor documentation with product, wont answer e-mail... . etc.
 
I vote go with Edge and TST. I've had horrible customer service with BD and Banks. I'll NEVER talk to either of them again. Edge all the way.
