Hello,
Many questions to ask first :
Does your truck have some kind of power pack unit on it ? Mine has a Banks power pack. Disable it, and put all plugs back to factory.
I also installed an exhaust brake, Banks also. Originally, I did NOT remove the plug from the little controller, that is mounted under the dash.
If you have other "Modifications", disable them.
Are your batteries still in good shape ? If somewhat tired, better think of getting new ones. That will effect voltage readings.
What year is your ride ?
What state are you in ?
If your in "The People's Republic of California", "They" want your truck 3" thick !
Check those things first.
These remedies are what I did, and it fixed the problem.
Oh, be darn careful of any "Re-flashes", as they "May" do more harm than good.
Good luck, and I hope you find the problem.
