I am looking at exhaust systems and having trouble finding a reasonably priced complete one (with muffler) for my 93 Cab and Chassis with 159" wheelbase. Any ideas?

159" WB are tough ones to find exhaust for. Can always pick up a MBRP, Diamond Eye, etc and just get your own extension pipe for the center section where it is short. Wouldnt be that hard to do.

Ahh so the tailpipe is the same. Ha, I can get an extension pipe easy. THANKS for the tip

The turbo down and to the trans, and the muffler, over the rear axle, to the tailpipe, are the same. So you just fill the gap in the middle. :) The frame was lengthened on some chassis cabs behind the axle, but you can see if yours is or not. Either way would still tail pipe behind tire.

The main wheelbase changes are behind cab to in front of axle. That is where they are longer.

Looking at a 4" System. Even though, I would prefer a straight pipe with NON muffler, I am inclined to add it because I am over 10,000 GVW and I will have to go through weigh/ inspection stations. Will a muffler give me problems like higher EGTs?

If you count the original I've had four mufflers on mine and none had any noticeable effect on EGT (but I'm only tuned around 200hp/600 lb-ft). The right muffler will still sound good without wearing you out or costing mpg. X2 to RSchwarzli, noting if you have 4WD it's turbo out past the T-case.
