Just wondering who has the most posts on this web site and who has been a active member the longest?

If you pull the discussion forums menu up top down to members list you can see this info. Click on the heading to sort by that column. Gary - K7GLD has the most posts with 11,666. User Jerky registered in 1996 and is still a current member - which means he was on the CDW website before the TDR bought it out.

I forget... do the politic posts count toward the total?

I used to be on the first page of the posts list. Apparently I need to get another desk job :-laf

For a while, posts in the politics forum were not counted. Not sure why, but that was a few years ago. My count would be much higher if those were always counted! LOL

At one time posts in either the Other or the Political forums didn't count towards post totals because we figured people were most interested in how many posts you've made relevant to our trucks. I forget exactly when it changed but I think we asked the users and you guys wanted them to count so we starting counting them.

I don't remember the poll. I think it was better when other/politics didn't count.

Is there a way to tell if a member is still active? There are a lot of names I recognize from older posts that I just don't see anymore.

The only way would be to click on the search button under "Find Posts" on that list and their newest post will be at the top.
