:( Ok, I get in the truck last night, fire it up and notice that the ABS and the Brake signals are illuminated and whats more they don't go out. Can someone please tell me what the possible problems are? My thanks to all that reply.

Easiest check is to make sure the e-brake is fully up. Might want to exercise it a bit, if the switch is stuck on, it will cause this problem. Also could be a problem with the brake light switch on the main brake pedal. Try unplugging it and see if the problem goes away. Hopefully it isnt an ABS error, theyre a PITA to figger out sometimes. .

good luck

Do a search on abs/brake lights and you will have hours of reading. One of the fixes should work.

also this may sound stupid but to mention but I did it once so if the brake fluid get low it will make the lights gone in mine I thought somthing was wrong with mine once but the brake pad were wore enough that it lowered the fluid resevior enough to make the abs and e brake light come on

Replace rear axle sensor. its on top of the differential housing, costs about $36. 00. Have had this problem, also posted reply for a guy and it fixed it. Oo.

I do not know if a 95 has the same parts and this post is for ABS/Brake light and no speedo till 20-30 mph. If that is your case then the problem is probably here. If speedo works it is probably a bad front sensor or broken wire, there are 2 and they have plugs on them that you can disconnect. Front ones if I remember right are somewhere around 600 ohms. They are mounted on the inboard side of the brake rotors.
