For those that have installed the AlphaRex headlights. I had mine installed w/o dlr. and have noticed that whenever I open a door the dirrectional turn lights flash once even though the lights are not turned on. Have you found this also? Otherwise these lights are great. Thanks for your response.
 
This is normal, that's a slight pulse from the electric system at start-up.
My LED headlights do the same when I open the door in the morning.
Just a brief flash when the FCM checks the circuits.
Non of your switches are hardwired circuits. They just give commands to the FCM which actually then switches the power to the lights.

When I open the doors with the fob the yellow turn signals cycle twice in a directional pattern. When I turn on the running lights only the white running light cycles once in a directional pattern. One of the Alpha Rex threads had some video reviews that showed the lights functioning.
