My passenger negative side terminal clamp is shot, and I am going to replace batteries this week.

-Does anybody know what gauge the wires are for that terminal?

-Any suggestions on where to order replacement terminals?

Thanks!

I don't know what size the wire is, but I'm a big fan of military style terminals. They use a long bolt on the opposite end from the clamp bolt. You solder on, or crimp, a ring style cable end, then bolt it to the terminal. This leaves room for aux battery connections without using the clamp bolt.

I just replaced all my battery cables and terminals earlier this year. I also used the military style terminal clamps. I wouldn't used a different style agin, they work very well. I also feel like they keep you from crushing it on the terminal. I went to my local auto value and they cut wire and crimp on the connections. Only bad part was the damage it did to my wallet, the 2gauge wire I used my about 5 or 6 bucks a foot...
