I got to spend some time with "Rex" recently and got some more work done on the engine. This is what the front gear train of a 5.9 looks like with the cover off. The small gear in the bottom center is the crankshaft. The 2 to the left is the lube pump. The big one just to the upper right of the crank is the Camshaft. To the right of it is the accessory drive, in this case it is an air compressor. On a 2002 or older Dodge it would be the vacuum pump. The big one at the top is the fuel injection pump. The rusty hole on the left side is where the water pump goes. View attachment 122057
Shadrach just take your time with mounting the injection pump sometimes getting the gear line up can be a bear, what work you have done is real good, several times I had problems with the dam injection pump good luck.
