Dome light, door light auto lock not working

My door looks, dome light, reading light not working. They do work only when the key is in the run position. Pretty much nothing inside works till I turn on the key. Also there is a red round blinking light the I turn the key. I think this has to do with the security system and note it does not work unless the key is on.

I found my issue, it was self inflicted. When I was check my fuses, I pulled #51 which is shaped jested like the white fuse remover. .
