Edge Ez with switches and question

[HEYBOSS]

OK; got tired of the allen wrench and trying to pry that tiny little jumper and worst yet loosing the jumper So Fred goes to Radio Shack and grabs two toggle switches and installed them right on the edge ez cover, one for #3 position and the other for #1

Now all I have to do is pop the hood and toggle what ever switch I feel like and split second later I'm done, why didn't Ez think of that? May be to avoid someone having both switches on? that's my first question what would happen fry the box? sure as heck I'm not trying it. Next question which I tried, leave both switches off same as no jumper, what's the result is it the same as the box removed from the truck? I must admit that I don't really feel the difference between the jumper on #1 and no jumper at all. My next move which I and in mind originally when I had this switch dream is to install them in the cab that way I don't have to stop to make adjustments, sort of edge comp.

switching EZ

if you only want to switch between two positions, use a double pole, double throw switch. that way you can't switch both "on " at once... ...

what you are switching is the boost level extra fueling comes in at , pick one and forget it . either you like smoke or you don't

Smoke what smoke? This thing only smokes when I go camping with George and the truck is next to the fire ring

As they say if there is three settings on the box, guess what, I'm going to screw around with them and I figured with the switches would make my life easier, also could have gotten the comp.

Fred, I would think YOU would want to keep your setting on #2 so you don't throught too much smoke . Oh wait, I don't remember seeing ANY smoke Except when you were near the fire ring (wish I had Scott's camera).
