How about a 3500 burnout? All four rear tires, about 10,000 miles' worth of rubber gone! This was my previous Ram, a 2001 ETC NV4500. Sure miss it. .

No "smoke story" to go with it that's on topic. This was at a Buick Grand National club meeting and they were holding a burnout contest. It told them I had a stock turbo 6 cylinder that could do a 4 wheel burnout, then got in the truck and backed it onto the pad. Lots a' laffs... .

Several things..... First things first:

This thread finally turned a year old, and we are doing great with replies!! Never would I have thought this thread would make it this far. It's pretty cool. . I am sure if I went to May Madness, or Thunder in Muncie, I would be the @ss who smokes people for fun. . I could just see it now--- "Oh, you're the @ss who made the smoke stories thread!" hahaha, oh well, thought I would make a funny.



Next, Is my smoke story of the day:



Tonight, while going to meet some people at the bar, I was driving down a dark 2 lane road, when I see a few kids (17-18) pop up, and walking in the road... I hit my brights, and one turned around and threw up both arms in the "What the hell" motion... . Hahaha, HAVE SOME SMOKE JACK@SS!!!!! yeah, it was dark enough, but for some punk kids wearing almost all black, and then to pull a stunt like that... . Idiots. Plain and simple. I do have to say, lugging 6th at 30 left a pretty nasty cloud... It was funny though... Plus, this thread fell back to the second page. . its been a while since that has happened.

Chris, at thunder in muncie,no one would be able to tell you from anyone else. Every truck that could smoke was blowing smoke,LOL. After the pulls,the first intersection everyone had to stop at was just in a fog . When i stopped there at the flashing light,the haze in the air was unbeleivable,soot was everywhere,LOL. There were trucks fueling up across the intersection,and you could barly make them out from 75 ft away. I did my fair share of sooting,mostly on the back road to the fairgrounds.

and you know the sad thing?? I was loving the smells too... Another funny thing. I rolled up the windows, and had the blower on, and you could see the haze coming in through the vents! I was loving it!!! haha, only me, I am sure!!! Oh well, we had a blast!

Well I did not get to do this but my son did,He and a couple friends were at the Fall Fling Mopar show and swap meet and Jay Leno Showed up in one of his weird cars (said it looked a boiler tank with wheels)Anyway somehow when they were leaving Leno was behind him and the kid (as kids will do)Hammered it and well it was lights out!They are going to be watching his show for a while and see it he mentions it. Told them that is not the way to get to know him!!:-{}

I am getting on the highway from work, and there is a truck who is pacing me. . I pay no attention till it got annoying. So I speed up, he speeds up. I speed up a little more, so does he. . By now, I back out of it, back down to about 60, and he slows down, gets about a car length behind me, one lane to the right, and thats when it got dark for him! I punched it and I was off like a prom dress!!! Well, about 15 miles down the road, there he is, on my tail... there is a cop 2 cars in front of me, as I saw him, and slowed down. . this idiot did not even pay attention, so he gets on the side of me and holds his hands up like he wants to race... Ok. . Idiot! Sure! I count to 3, romp on it, to get him to take off, and there he goes! and there the Cop goes!!! as he was pulling over, I looked at him, and laughed... he told me I was #1... . I already knew that I was, as he was in a ragged out 87 or 88 model Chevy. . Yeah dude. like you stand a chance. my lug nuts require more torque than that old worn out motor makes! Keep on Keep'n on! Oh well, better him than me for getting a ticket!

just raced a F250 N/A... no competition, but I let him think my truck was a slug. . we got on the highway out of the neighborhood, and as he goes into the right, I go to the left... I had my windows cracked, and heard that old dog moaning and groaning for all it was worth... I let him gain on me, as I didnt even have 10 PSI boost, so he thought he was getting somewhere... I just mashed down the go pedal, and when I do, it sounds like I hit a propane switch, not to mention the smoke... Headlights? where at?? I don't see any... I was gone!!! hahahahaha I slow back down, and about a ½ mile down the road he is easing up on me. . not flying, or gaining, but easing up on me... I let it rip to about 90 and then had to back out of it to make my turn to get some fresh #2... Oh well, at least I was nice to let him think he had a chance!

Thanks Guys, This is GREAT!!

Some one hit my truck 2 days ago busted dully fender and rear quarter,Didn't bend the tail pipe though. Kind of frustrated no good cheep duelly beds around, but heck fire I may just take the insurance check and NOT spend it on body work!

Was leaving the movies with the girlfriend last night and was parked up front. When we went to back out of the parking space I look behind me and there is a group of morons just standing right in the way, looking right at me like I'm crazy for wanting to "disturb" their little pow wow. So I stop for a second and then slowly continue backing up and they are just sitting there like they are made of steel just looking. So, I open the back glass and tell them maybe they should try moving their a$$ and they do a little but I get one punk in particular that starts running his mouth about the loud piece of ***** I'm driving and then I heard him say something in regards to my exhaust tip being "big enough?" So having enough I just reach down and put the ol' drag on 5X5 and before my girl could say "you're not gonna smo..... " I did a little power brake and COMPLETELY smoke these fools. I mean these guys were like two feet away from my exhaust and wearing nice clean clothes and those cool little visors that they had on all tuned upside down and what not. When I looked in the rear-view all I could see was the faint shilouetes of people scattering trying to get some fresh air. Up till now I was sort of riding the fence on what I thought about smoking people but after last night it goes to show that there are probably plenty of idiots out there that have it coming.

I got a good one yesterday, on the way back from Dallas... Mr Crotch Rocket is zipping in and out of traffic, and decides to get right on my tailgate, while I am doing 80+... Well, 3 warning clouds of smoke, thick smoke, and he is still there... this is making me very angry, as we are not going anywhere, with all the traffic, so I let the smoke roll!!!! needless to say he backed off! oh well, that's what you get for driving like that. No hate against bikes, but when they drive irresponsibly, its only a matter of time. I saw one laid over last week, and the paramedics were putting the neck collar on him and getting ready to haul him off. . you could see where he lost control from driving irresponsibly. I am not bashing bikes, as I have had this heated discussion before, but some of these people need to take a bike safety course.

I snuck into a members driveway and demolished the pollution controls on the new TDI, put in goodies, huge injectors, cut out the cat and muffler and then drove away in the night. (I had silent tools)



When the members wife took off in the morning, there were black clouds in the burbs man!
