The Night before Christmas

Oo. Oo. :D

We had a couple of guys at the local county fair this year, truck/tractor pull with stacks. Niether one was putting out THAT much smoke. Just enough to give you a "taste" of it. In between about as much as a Allis-Chalmers, 100% stock, 7060 tractor and a N7 Gleaner combine put out.

Merrick, thats a sweet burnout, but Jetpilots smoke is unbelievable. You cannot see thru it at all,LOL. Reading all these dyno numbers makes me feel better. I thought my 547hp was low with my 24V:) I need nitrous to keep up with Jetpilot when hes on #2:rolleyes: LOL.

So how long did it take for the FD to show up at the house fire. :D

I find it funny how out of two pictures of Mr. JetPilot's truck, you can't see the truck. What does this Bad A _ _ truck look like.

No FD showed up, though a few passers by saw the smoke and all the trucks and got suckered into dynoing... . how good of a deal is that?!

Fun with a Ferd

So yesterday morning I was headed up to Silverthorne on I70 to see a client and low and behold just before Georgetown this lifted Ferd PSD got right up on my rear end and started riding my tailgate. You could tell this guy had some bucks in his rig, lifted to the sky, fancy hood, and every time I would add a little go pedal you could see mini smoke puffs come from his to keep up. Well after enough tail gating and him clearly eggin me on I decided to turn the box on. Found me a straight away with no cars on the road and dropped the boom on him!! It was hilarious, you couldnt see his truck and before I knew it I was at 90 and backing back out of it, a minute or 2 later he reappeared and so I did it again. Poor guy , the whole way up to the tunnel he kept trying to keep up, the wee little PSD couldnt even stay close!! I wish I could have seen his face.

Surprised the FD didn't show up at the end of the night when it looked like a full-on structure fire with all the smoke pouring out the doors.

It's too bad the ol' boy on the CB that was asking if there was a fire didn't want to come back. Then he could have been convinced that these trucks will put out the power.

"The thread that will never end .

Should have known Charlan would still be right there with it...

Kernel"

As soon as Kernel gets back from Iraq, we are going to have our own rally for him, as he got deployed right after the BOMBing bug hit... y'all be ready!!! It's going to be big. . maybe a dyno day, or something like that!

They always talk the talk, but on a little radio... maybe I should have turned down the radio... maybe he got scared from all the power, both from the radio, and the Diesels!!!! Just a thought. .

Hey Chris I saw something on the way back from Ohio last week that made me think of you. :-laf

Was right around Elizabeth town KY going up a hill when I noticed a nice hint of diesel fog up ahead. So I give my goat a lil' more pedal in an attempt to catch up to whatever is pour'n the coals.

1/2 a mile or so later I see it up ahead... ... get this... ... .....

it was a late 80's early 90's Chevy 2500 with a gooseneck/5th wheel 3-car hauler on the back loaded:--)

Someone had definately done some work to this truck cause it was just blow'n out a STEADY stream of smoke.

I quickly passed him and went on my way. :-laf

Maybe it had a BOMB'd CTD conversion in it!!!!!

Oh, this is the 500th post in this thread too!!!! let's see if we can keep it going to a grand!!!!
