Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
After your help on this board I finally got my dowel pin tabbed. I ordered the TST Kit with the crank seal, bolt and tab. I had Brown Dodge, Devine TX do the fix. Cost me $220. 00 plus kit price. I had them use the cummins cover gasket, that doesn't come with the kit, rather than the RTV sealer. Also had the 5 bolts retorked to make sure everything was good and tight. The dowel pin did not move out at all, but this sure makes me feel good now and it is going to make my Florida/VA trip on 12 Dec much more enjoyable knowing that this engine is not going to self destruct. Thanks for all the help getting me in the right direction.
