I am lost too. I don't know who is in charge of the location, the communications company or the county. Note the aerial cable and there is a security fence behind the machine, he can only turn 45 degrees to dump the bit. When they finish with the 6' bit they will be about a foot from the wall.
It sounds like they have two options. Pour it full of slurry then redrill and keep doing that until they hit the 22' depth or use a 6'x22' casing and dill inside it or both. The casing is $20k and who knows how far out.
My son grabbed lunch for all of us at A&W, so I was pigging out on that last load and he snuck 7 buckets in on me, I want 5 or 6. About 30k gcw. It dumped really well. I was leery with the front full. The trailer is the 22k PJ. Love those double pumps.
