Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) misfire at idle when warm

I have a friend with a 98 24 valve that starts to misfire or lope after it is warmed up at idle. If just off of idle it is fine and it is not a bad miss but it is noticeable. It only does it when it is fully warmed up and if you shut it off and restart it right away it will go away for a while. It runs fine otherwise. It has slightly over 200,000 miles and oversize injectors with an airdog pump, not sure how old the injection pump is either. Anyone have any thoughts?

Sure sounds injector or injection pump related - or perhaps bad valves or adjustment...
