It is not only money that sometimes dictates out actions, but time too. Had a $1000 budgeted for front end, (3rd gen adjustable trk bar, steering stabilizer, front sway bar links, Hell bent frame wrap). Yet I didn't have the time for the install, and she has been down for a month. So went to local O'reilly's and bought one they had in stock. Slapped her in there in 30 mins and am back on the road.

With just about $2700 in parts in the front end, she feels damn good. Reminds me why, in the end, I keep her around even though she only gets about 2-4k a year on her. That and the fact that my wife came within a split second of having our second son in her. That is another story.

Moog ain't nothing to sneeze at if you are money or time limited, is the moral of this story.

The Moog bar works fine given the OEM design. I'm on my third Moog and usually have to replace it every two years or so. It has a lifetime warranty so I only paid for the first one. I have no intention of "upgrading" to the third gen design as long as I can continue to replace the Moog myself for free.
