sounds like he has a problem with the VP bypass solenoid. it would only affect it at higher power levels. when the box comes back try it on a different truck to be sure. I could meet you at "coffee night" and swap boxes to test.

I drove a buddys truck today that has the Adrenalin on it and it seems to have a "Dead pedel" anywhere past half throttle from PL03- and up





He sent it back to Quad and they said it was put on a truck and it ran fine, well its not on his what gives???

Is he running an aditional timing box like a Van aaken or smarty with timing? Sounds like the truck is overtimed.

Quad adds alot of timing, but the way that he brings it in is the biggest thing. If that truck has big injectors, they will add timing by themselves, then if a bad map sensor is added to the mix+Adrenaline timing... . anyone of these could be his problem.

YEP! fuel pressure sender AND oil/trans temp AND EGT probe! you will not be disappointed!

Well the VP took a **** last night, so we will put a HRVP in and see,
maybe that was the problem the whole time.
It wouldnt run right B/C it was asking for more and it didnt have it:-laf

correct me if i am wrong but i though the different tunes were only for the different features ??



i only have it hooked up with the min... ... i don't have any of the features hooked up... EGT, fuel pres, trans etc.



will that tune still work??

check with Quad to be sure but I believe there were adjustments made in timing for large injectors.
