How do you like your running boards? My new (2015) truck also came with wheel to wheel running boards, unfortunately they only mount to the body and there's no support behind the cab. When stepping onto boards behind the cab to reach the 5th wheel hitch the running board flexes and is already getting loose. I can see them ripping off in the future. I wish they mounted to the frame. Anyone else have that issue??

Yeah. Mine won't last

Can Luverne running boards be ordered factory direct? I'm trying to find a price for my 11' Crew Cab. I was on their website and couldn't find pricing, maybe I need to call them?

I have the DeeZee"s as pictured on the a fore mentioned reference in the Extruded metal right after I got the truck. Its a 95, 2o years old and the are still as tight and firm as when new. I recommend them to who ever is looking for a wheel to wheel install. I have jumped on them to demonstrate there tightness. I don't weigh 300 llbs but that might be a factor if your heavy. ( just an example and not meant to be degrading to anyone if it does I apologize.) They might be a little short from sticking out from the side of the truck but it being a four wheel drive I don;t need the board grabbing brush if I'm off-roading. And the winter weather and snow on the board and rock chips are no worry. they have a built in splash guard.

I found them to be a little spongey, but have held up well so far. However I'm comparing them to both of my 04.5 and 2007 official Dodge running boards with the molded mudd flaps incorperated with them. When I stand on those they don't move at all.

While my truck was in for service, my new Amp Research power running boards came in and I got them installed.
They also light up at night. They tuck right up under the frame. The front sits right behind my mud flaps so should stay clear of snow, ice, mud, etc.
Lots of step to firmly plant your foot getting in and getting out.

I love these things! Best addition to my truck!

I just got the stainless steel "Bling" for my power steps. Here are a couple of shots that also show it and the LED lights/lighting.
