What is it? Do I need it because.... I don't even know what it is. Or if I've ever used it.

I paid for, and use, the Navigation.

Was looking at my Window Sticker yesterday and notice my truck came with a 5 year subscription tp XM traffic and XM Travel Link. I don't even know what that is.

I guess I could look it up. I did sort of try but once you run head-on into the gingerbread, gibberish and schmaltz the website is infested with, you lose interest real quick.

So if someone else has had the stomach to go through it, I think a lot of us would like to know.... What is it and do I need to renew it?

Thanks in advance

IMO it's more garbage that's sucking bandwidth away from the quality of the music channels. They compress the music channels more to beyond horrible sound quality and then use the stolen data for this garbage. Have you played a real CD lately? Just saying commercial free "tin" sound is becoming less and less worth paying for.

My Gamin GPS Traffic will kick XM's A$$! No Contest.

Note the joke of coverage area below. I have been stuck in traffic at 2AM north of the middle of nowhere AZ due to a truck on fire under a bridge over a wash. Nasty wreck this service would be ignorant of due to location.

No wonder it's free. I can think of several other ways aside of a Gamin GPS to get the items provided below. Maybe they sell ads to places listed for profit now that they can't charge real money for the poor sound quality.

Have it in the wife’s CRV . It’s handy. Shows traffic as a red line on the map. When we lived on Long Island all the roads would show up red. Wasn’t until we took a long drive that we actually saw blue or black roads. It can help you avoid traffic.
