This project has a lot larger scope than the 'normal' customer. I'm not just building a turbo set that I can ususally do quickly( I've had a little practice

). I can do a clutch, injectors, box, propane, nitrous, or a headgasket in my sleep.
We are building an engine, cooling system and charge air cooling sytem that should be able to withstand daily use and racing abuse. It's not a task taken lightly at this level of power and complexity.
We pulled the engine apart, had the bottom end studded, girdled, cleaned, fire ringed, new rings, bearings, seals, gaskets, an all new valve train, etc.
All the parts have been painstakingly cleaned and painted and assembled.
If all goes well I'll have the engine back in tonight or monday...
I have a phone that rings off the hook in the evening. I'll be welding the new crossmember flages on this evening.
The crossmember is being flanged to allow access to the bearings in chassis.
The next task is the mounting of 3 turbos, 3 inter/aftercoolers, and 2 radiators(and new fans of course) . A major challenge there is holding the boost hoses on at 120-160psi.
Hopefully you can understand why I don't just rush through. It's a bit of new ground.
