Wilson Co Fair Pull tomorrow night!

Just found out about it. I may go--watch.

My neighborhood pull is the 23rd, but I'm going fishing and there'll be no diesels.

Wade I want a full report with pictures (only of nice CTD's!;) ) since I'll be stuck @ wally hell in gallatin.

Welcome aboard NScott. When you get to exit 111 or something (Highway 53) at Manchester, go North 18 miles and I'm (MOF all three Cannon TDR folks) right here!

NEW -FIRST TIME EVER truck pull in Cannon Co. Sept 27. It's at Ivey Bluff. One truck puller got tired of the BS (which I saw him deal with at the driver's meeting tonight) and bought 18 acres and put in a track. It'll be very interesting. I'll be there.

Jay Sykes, CALL ME, I'M GOING TO THE DYNO! Need to know when you can go. I tried the J & ? Sykes in the phone book today but it was busy. I may go this WEEK.

And the SBC ROCKS! It held 5x5 twice today! Once on the big hill.

Wade,

Sorry, been out of pocket lately. If you are going this week, pick what ever day is good for you. I work M-F, 8-5 in LaVergne. I can take off early if needed or put in for some vacation time. I ready to see some numbers on my truck and start planning for its future mods.

Later,

Jay

Dyno Run

Okay fellers, Me and Jay are going to the dyno. Looks like the week of Labor day, or that weekend, depending on how many want to/can go.

I'm not going to get my fuel system parts until late this week. I did a FULL BORE run up my hill last night (checking the clutch) and hit 36psi, 0 fuel pressure, 1400F on the pyro, with NO more clutch slippage. She's really pulling now. I'd say I'm on the fat side of 400 easy.

Turbo is next, right after bypass oil system, and fuel supply upgrades. A Scotty II may find it's way under the hood too.

SPEAK UP if you want to be considered in the scheduling.

AND there's a brand new pull coming to my neighborhood. A local puller bought some land and is going to put on his OWN pull. September 27.

At the fair last night about 1/2 of the pullers were from my county. No diesel trucks, but them 9300 Super Farms put out a little smoke.

 Freakin v-8 MF won that class though.

Mr. Sykes

Sorry Jay, I set it up on the 6th. If you'll CALL ME or GIVE ME YOUR NUMBER AGAIN we might avoid conflicts like that. (765-5522 Leave a message, I have no ID. )

I told them 1-3 trucks and I can scare up another one from Cannon.

If no one else is interested in the 6th, we'll move it to a weekday. My weekends are pretty tied up for a while.

Sat 6th run CANCELLED

Jay and I are going to run on Tuesday the 2nd, 3pm.

I may get Lawrence to come, but he is undervalved and might want to slide/turn/bump those 12v things around, and I'm not much help there.

We can probable squeeze more trucks in by starting earlier.

You suck!:p

I just sold my Pac for $450. That's going towards my SBC DD in Feb. (have to wait on tax return!:( ) I think I'm gonna sell my 300's if you know anybody interested. (PM me for price) I want some 370 Diamond B injectors. My buddy Aaron (dodgeman01) has been having a lot of luck with them.

I'm also looking into a deal that may get me a HX40 CHEAP! But I dunno yet.

The dyno is going to be the same one that was @ BMD Dyno Day last year. Its about 240 miles to Cynthiana KY and you pass right by Dotson Bros 20 minutes out from C-town. You should come man. I'm gonna take that weekend off and go up and help out my fellow KYDTR members as much as possible.

PM me with some more info on that truck pull. I can't compete, but I may still come watch.

Truck Pull

Just post the info here if ya don't mind Wade about the pull. I might go too.

Pulling this weekend in Dickson. Fri Sept 5th at Dickson Fair Grounds. Will be RWYB class, single rear wheel, and dual rear wheel. Antique tractors, lawnmowers, then trucks. Probably won't be pulling till 9-10 P. M. Me, my brother, and pops will be there with 2 or maybe 3 Cummins, have confirmed 3 others too. I have spoke with several and if we are lucky they'll be 6-7 cummins present. 5 for sure. 2 powerstorkes and 1 D-Max last year. Diesels stole the show, as usual. Nothing like seeing a 2x4 Auto diesel out pull all the gassers. I don't know what's more fun, seeing the diesels pull or seeing the gassers try?

My buyer backed out! #@$%!

If you guys know anyone need'n a Pac I've got one I'd like to sell(fits 12 & 24 Valves). It will help me get my HX40 I've got a deal go'n for. :D

I mentioned the brake to Lawrence. The other guy has one. Not too interested.

HEY DUDES, if we get 5 diesels, we have a class and pull for MONEY. If Peter will tell me OK, I might pull on injectors only...

If I get my gasser "ready" I'll pull it.

Sept 27th 6pm. I'll get directions to ya. I think it's MTPA rules--generally apply.

Hey Mark what does that twin disc go for MSRP? (you can post it, cuz you ain't selling it).

If'n I had one of those --or just the 13"-- I'd hook to anything! When I wear the OFE out I'll be sure to double up next time.
