Hi guys
I have DC tow mirror,s and i,d like to add another small one on the right,Has anybody done this or any ideas. I would like one between the door and the mirror to cover the spot right next to the truck, that little one in the corner is not big enough for me.
Get,en old i guess. Thanks

Mac, how about one of those stick on convex mirrors? That's what I have on the bottom corner of my 3500's right tow mirror, works great and cost less than 5 bucks. I've also seen larger ones that attach to one of mirror support tubes.

I got those new plastic flip out mirrors from DC. I,ve got alitte convex in the corner but its small and its built right in. I think i,ll try a strap on type on the right. Thanks for the come back.
Have a good one. Mac B

I tried the stick on in the corner of my 3pt mirrors but felt it was not large enough yet limited my right mirror so I put some 4" bolt on types on. Takes some experimentation to find a happy medium. I have had better results with other trucks but it does help.

I didn't like either of the mirrors offered in '95. The power ones were too short to see around my trailer and the tow type were not power adjustable. Also my wife made noises about not wanting to walk around them everytime she got in the truck. I got the power mirrors and tried the clip on tow mirrows. Didn't like any of them. Vibrated too much and interfered with the power mirror movement. I ended up making some add on tow mirrors that clip on with out interfering with the power movement. These work good and there is only one wing nut used to fasten them on. About 15 seconds to put on or take off. I don't know if this idea would work on the later model mirrors, but if anyone is interested in how I did it, e-mail me.
