I was on the freeway heading home in stop and go traffic. The guy next to me pulled up to pass side and yelled to me. Hey your truck is smoking :-laf I said Ya it smokes a little.

I love it when ya don't have to smoke people to make them mad. Just pull up at a light with a straight pipe pointed in their window and you get all sorts of dirty looks, while they roll up their windows. So far I haven't run across anyone who deserved to get a straight shot of smoke in the window... . but I'm lookin. Especially if they like their boom boom music loud

I think I did the best smoke out since the post that started it all on here!

Friday night, I was leaving the dancehall, and I had just let out the clutch, creeping in granny 1st. . There was one girl on the right, and 2 guys who were in the process of crossing the drive... No biggie... Well, she turns around, gives me this go-to-hell look for no reason, then one of her friends who just crossed in front of me yells something at me, then shoots me both fingers, and yells for me to get the F--- out of there... All the time being right next to my passenger side mirror. Dude, stupid idea... I push in the clutch, jam it into 3rd, lug the motor, floor it, and right when he is at the exhaust pipe, I push in the clutch, and WHAMMMM!!! Out comes a cloud that shoots right on him, engulfing him, his girl and the other guy in a cloud so thick, it would be something resembling Jim Fulmer's truck on a dyno. So, I look back, and they are trying to fan all the smoke out of the way... I just honk, and shoot them back the finger, and go on my merry way home. . It was golden! Wish I had a camera mounted somewhere back there, just to show how good the cloud was!!!!

Actually I was minding my own business, and it was a few drunks who were mouthing off... . I honestly keep a very low profile around here, and like it to stay that way... I never go out looking to do it intentionally, but if the opportunity arises, bet your @ss I will seize the moment and take the shot!

My First Kill

I was in Elkins, WV today stoping for a red light along with the 15 or so people in front of me, all of a sudden a small car comes up behind me and starts blowin the horn like crazy. I know i don't have anything wrong with my truck so that ain't it. As i start to move again she gives me this nasty look and the unnoficial state bird through the windshield of the car. It is amazing even stock what kind of mighty cloud of black you can make by shifting into 3rd from a stop and flooring it. She backed off and dissapeared, I think i made my point, besides they always say it ain't safe to give people the bird anymore. Don't ya hate stupid people, i do love that it is gettin warm and all the windows are down.

We were leaving Target in Sierra Vista, AZ, I pulled out into the left turn lane at a red light. We were the first ones in line at the light and a Mustang with its window down with two guys in the front seat and two girls in the back pulled up on the right of us blaring their music and revving his engine looking up at us. I smiled and the wife said don't do it. I rolled forward so the pipe was aimed right at the driver. He never moved. The left arrow turned green and the accelerator went thru the floorboard. When we looked back, the car hadn't moved and the cab was so filled with smoke that we couldn't see the people inside the car. So off we go about 5 miles and hit another red light. We could hear some yelling, but couldn't make out what was being said. I looked in my passenger mirror and oh my god. Guess who? Same Mustang. Same driver positioning across from the pipe. Guess what? Same outcome!! Some people never learn.

I Need To Start Smoking !!!

I been reading this thread for hours!!! Great stuff!!! I got to page 12 and had to skip to the end. Anyway, I know with my weak setup that it won't produce much smoke. I know this, but I've tried lugging the motor to see if I can get anything out of it with no luck. I get a haze, that's about it. I want some soot - short of buying a Comp. She's loud but she don't smoke. If it counts, I **** a lot of people off with the exhaust noise. My stack is shorter than my cab and pointed at a 45 degree angle so it's right in the driver window of the unsuspecting. Clay

C. Harlan - I appreciate the offer but I said "short of buying a Comp. " I meant I want to see if it's possible with my current setup. I'm not looking to spend any money right now. I did find new Comps on Ebay for $500 - brand new in box. That's the cheapest I've ever seen. He had 10 of them so there are probably some left. Thanks anyway. Clay

Here is a pic of my truck during a burn out competition. This is the first diesel powered truck ever entered, the fans were amazed. (I won too... ) It was not fair as I had some old 35" tires and all the other cars had tiny litttle wheels, I had a lot more rubber to burn up before the tire blew. trailer race

Last week, i had on a 32ft. Enclosed gooseneck {6,500 lbs. } but big and awkward as heck. Pulled up next to a 95 or so Powerstroke farm truck all beat up driven by some high school girl she started revving the sewing machine as she saw my gauges :-laf ... She pulled me threw the end of 2nd gear then i slammed 3rd and passed her up all {she had no trailer,but the truck was smoking pretty good}There was a guy in a 3rd gen 4x4 behind us, well. . there was until the black wall of smoke cleared in the intersection. She lined up again at the next light and i pulled past her again her eyes were bigger than a startled deer when she realized i had that monstrosity of a trailer hooked up,guy in the 3rd gen soon passed me up waving his face like too much smoke :-laf ... crazy ford girl thought she could beat an old dodge with a trailer on! Oo.
