well i finaly got my first smoke stroy it was a real showy all chromed out hummer h2 now my truck is a older ford 2x4 and i have a stack turned directly out the side and its about a foot or so above the cab and right into this hummers open window who had been driving in and out of traffic like a mad man anyways this guy pulls up along side me and looks at me and then the pipe and laughs like its a joke i looked at him and saw a cig and figured well since he doesn;t seem to mind smoke inside his hummer i will add some for him since hes being a prick and w/ no turbo to spool i just droped the hammer and rolled the coal right into the interior of his $70,000 over rated suv

I just got done paying my $96 ticket to the FINE city of LaCrosse for my smokiest run yet. Of course the burnuot that was half a block long in front of the Cop probably didn't help matters much. I don't know how he could have said it was me that did it. there was too much smoke to see ANYTHING! (You guys woulda been proud )

A guy had his white chevy half ton parked facing the wrong way down the narrow isle of the parking lot, and there were almost two accidents as people tried to back out around him. Finally the chick he was waiting for gets out of her car and opens the passenger side door to get in, right as I was driving by! I turned the fuel up, and as I drove away I could see the cloud going through the open passenger door, and out the driver's window! It went straight through! The chick was waving her hand in front of her face trying to see! :-laf :-laf

well i got another one couple days after the hummer this time i was coming home from a vball game and was at river and murphy road there was this little biker guy behind me and he as riding up on me well i took off in second gear from the stop sign and just layed smoke all over well the bike moves to the other lane for as long as he could there was a car coming the other way well since he had to move over and again no turbo so it smokes as long as ur foot is in the floor well he had to drive thro it for a bit before i hit 60 and let off after that he stayed well back as not to get another dose

What numbers did you make?

Numbers really weren't important (or accurate). Some guys registered twice the HP they should've that day. But to satisfy, I think I did 500HP. Or maybe it was 400? I can't remember. I just hopped on to put on a show.

My best on an accurate dyno was 476. But that was with the FMS keeping temps in check. I don't know what it will do now with the P-Pump, Cam, and Auto that weren't in on that test. I'm guessing somewhere in the 550 range. Maybe a touch more.

Sooo the DD3's are in and I finally have a smoke story!



I was in town and saw a jacked up 2000 chevy 4 door that was ahead of me and thankfully cought the light, well I rolled up next to them and hey its a DURAMAX! I pulled right up and waited for the light, while doing so the driver had his window down. looked over at his friend (college kids im guessing) and started laughing and looked back at the my rig. well they dont quite know what Im packing and by the looks of no gauges in the chevy they dont have much Im sure! Finally the light goes green and were off! I lay down a HUGE clowd of smoke and spank them!!! then get over infront and slowly roll the smoke while getting to 45. it was great!!!!! THEN a guy in a green olds rolls past me and I can read his lips say "a**hole" I just smiled behind my 20% tint. Ah It was great!!

Back before I moved to Minnesota, I worked a promotions/sales traing/car-show on wheels deal. . I'm sure some of you guys head of "Auto show in motion". GM show. I did most of the IT work on site between 2003/04 tour. (the company a also handled BMW, Ford, DC, Audi, ect). It was cool in that I drove everything GM sold, pre-production, concept (Sema, 2001 supercharged 427LS1 vette. by far, my favorite!), Mr Tony Steward car. also another favorite (cool story with this one)... . ok, enough bragging I also did less, but close to the same with DC, including SRT-10, SRT-4, crossfire. I got away with leaving a 100foot patch of rubber from and SRT-10 on DC test track in Pontiac MI, yes, at thier HQ they have a 2. 5 mile track around the place ok. . sorry, I'll stop





Anywho, I was pondering a career path in show production. Stages, scripts, stuff. Lost of road work The one big one was a GM sales training for Medium duty trucks. Naturally, diesel was a big part of it. Since I was running the Slide part of the show, I snuck in some slides. These presenters were extreamly talented people. I just in a perfect spot placed this image on the huge screen:

Well, I always bite it when going down 2 lane roads, passing bikes, but I just had to join the crowd yesterday and smoke out some bicyclists who were hogging the whole westbound lane, going 20 mph... Oh lordy, I left it in 4th gear and about 1100 RPM, just stood on the pedal, and left a huge nasty cloud, with the cyclists engulfed in the middle! I couldnt even see where they went, but I damn sure didnt hang around to see if they had gotten off the road! Oh well, I always bite my tongue when seeing them, but had to let it all go yesterday!

Wow, 20 mph is moving at a good clip! I got up to that fast on a bike once when I was a kid. I didn't have any diesels on the road with me though. Had my brother in the '72 Chevelle right behind me clocking me though. That's got to be at least half as scary. :-laf

It's not so much all about smoke.. but it involes a little for effect

So I get on 62-West from Ceder. it's mostly stop and go till about 1/2 mile up 35-w. Portland ave is the next merge. Well, in MN, they have HUGE merging lanes. Morons like to drive on the shoulder and all that to pass that one or 2 cars they can.



I see this mini van coming down, passes 2 cars. I roll right to block. I mean, come on ya know! So I'm going 10mph rolling. this moron gets on my ***, I can see just the whippers on the minivan! It's a car full of Somolian's. Nothing against them, Just just can't drive worth a crap. I think the guy driving was a taxi driver (even more of an annoying combination) based on his driving pattern.



So I give a little break check. at 10 or so mph to 5. He SLAMS on the breaks! Immediately, his wife turns, and start yelling and slaps him!... . So I roll forward with some trailing me. typical MN drivers, up to 30, then back down 5. I just coast as much as possible.



So I'm coasting and here comes Mr mini van. right on my ***. This time I STOP, mini van SLAMS on them again! she now got her purse out! Beating him with it! screaming!!!!



And to think, 2 break checks, and some smoke is still not enough to sink into this guys head! yep, a 3rd time! You can see the fire in her eyes now as she beat hims so hard that he can't keep the mini van straight down the road!



This worked. . he stayed back a safe distance. I about died laughing
