Hauling a Piano from Cleveland Ohio

I bought an old player piano (upright) on ebay and I need to get it up here. I'm thinking I will rent an enclosed trailer, (yes, it's door opening is tall enough ) and a set of upright piano dollys. (no stairways)

First of all, are there any words of wisdom from somebody who has moved one of these beasts? And then, of course, anybody in Cleveland area want to get together for a pretty easy piano loading, and maybe a meal after? (I'm buying)

Sounds like fun, I used to live near Toledo Hosp. and my mouth still waters when I think of Gino's Pizza)
