I.O.D Fuse (#12?)

My 2001 2500 diesel was working perfectly fine. I went to open the door and the inside dome and map lights did not come on. I then went to start my truck and realized that the radio did not work either.
I have narrowed it down to the I.O.D fuse which is the ignition off draw. As soon as I put a new fuse in, it immediately pops it. I have unplugged everything that runs off of it which is the under-hood lamp, radio, glove box lamp, dome lamp, both map lamps, both cargo lamps, power mirrors, and the DLC/OBD connector. After unplugging everything it still immediately pops the fuse.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here are the IOD fuse components from my 2002 FSM:

Any chance there could be an issue with the door light switches?

Sounds like the power wire to at least one of those is shorted/rubbed through somewhere in that mess or rodent problem. May come down to finding all those "C" connectors and disconnecting to try to isolate. The joint connector #5 also. Not an easy chore.

From what I can tell any switches are switching grounds.

I pinched a wire when I replaced my mirrors, that's the fuse that popped.

The fastest way is to use a wire jumper instead of a fuse. Then follow the smoke. Just kidding. Use a small 12V lamp instead of a fuse. It will light up as long as there is a short and the resistance of the lamp will limit the current. Then start with the connectors and junctions closest to the Junction block.

With a lamp you can wiggle the wiring and connectors and see if it makes a difference.

Road Dog, pretty awesome suggestion. Sometimes it's those simple little things we forget to think of when we're trying to figure something out.

After a fair amount of wire tracing, we found a screw up through the wire harness in the driver's door sill wire trough. Removed the screw, fixed the breaks & good to go. Thanks for everyone's input.
