2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission What years offered a 12' cab and chassis?

I'm considering looking for an older cab and chassis, 5 or 6 speed, 12v or 24v, prefer to find 3. 54's. What years were they made? Are they rare? Might consider buying a dually and fabbing the chassis myself (more wheelbase is ok for this project)

They made the cab and chassis from the years of 1994 to 2002 and then they stopped production from 2003 to 2007. Hope this helps
