Hi all got the following email response from Quad and I think a more than adequate one:

I most certainly under your frustration. Its frustrating on my end as well, believe me I would love to be Able to sell to all you guys that so desperately want the sending unit, if only I had them. The units on our website we a limited supply and ran out quick, I do apologize. I am told more are/have been on order but the eta is disclosed for some reason. I would be most happy to provide you with the specification on the unit, and if you need to purchase the banjo fitting and Genuine Cummins washers for the fitting I would be happy to sell them to you, cost is 10. 00 + ship. The sending unit we utilize is a 0-40psi resistive type fuel pressure sender, oil sender will work but longevity may be a concern. Ohm range is 240-33ohms. Keep in mind that the
closer to a 0-40psi unit that you can find the more accurate it will be, if you use a 80psi for example it will most likely read slightly too high. Stewart Warner or ISSPRO are viable options, worth looking into. Please understand we will try to do anything we can, we just don't want to sell you guys junk sending units, and why this has been drug out so long. Please contact us anytime with your feedback or questions.

Okay anyone sourced a sensor 0-40 PSI 240 -33 ohms or do I need to start a search?

Hope this helps others as well as me.

Jeremy told me that some of the fuel pressure senders are having problems, mine is showing pressure all over the place, So I disabled the de-fuel due to low fuel pressure. They are testing a new one right now.

Well should have my adrenaline this friday?? Can,t wait, just installed my airdog and now my dummy light does not come on at all! Got the fuel now I need to put it in the chamber! Byt he way I have a supertuner right now, I'm not wanting to stack them ( or can you) but I would like to keep it in because it adjusts my speedo for tire size and it is my code reader. Does anybody know?

I would not stack it unless your truck is heavily modified. Try it first by itself. And if that Trans is stock, don't go overe level 7!

Ran NHRDA PRO 2 bracket race today with ADR2k tune PL05 (no pulse). Felt REAL GOOD, smooth and strong. Had some air/traction issues:-laf but over-all did well. Also (pl01) got 19mph there and 21mph home!:D I only hope Quad gets this fuel pressure sender figured out soon!#@$%!

WOW, I love how you can touch the button and go from PL02 to PL03 and feel the truck take off without not moving the pedal. I drive a totaly a different pickup now I put the airdog and the adrenaline, thanks guy's. And I have got to get a fuel sender put on, I have the BD dummy light on my air dog and have never seen it come on since the airdog.

Have posted my one and only frustration on another guy's thread about adrenaline feedback, Do's anyone else have this problem. Pulse does not power up all the time?

check your fuses, had buddies pulse not comming on and that was the problem, the tap that hooks into the fuse wasn't allowing the fuse to seat very well.

I got my Adrenaline with Pulse this evening good old UPS. In checking the parts there was no fuel sending unit.

Glacier has a sending unit that works. Glacier Diesel Power - Product List

scroll to the last item on the list.

Is this sensor still working ok for you? Quad still has not started to supply one yet!!! I just noticed the one they show looks like it takes 2 wires I suppose one is ground right. The Adrenaline only has one wire. Or would the one for the Quadzilla RECON XZT 40PSI single wire be better?

I guess will just have to buy one and see what happens. I will start with the one listed for Adrenaline and use an OHM meter from terminal to sensor case to determine if one is ground or not.

UPDATE: ran Quad with ADR2K on PL04 (no pulse) and it will/does pull to 4000 RPMS!!! scared the pooh outta me!:-laf I forgot to shift to OD and ran it right into the red! Also, those that have had issues with boxes have run ADR2Ka tunes for sure maybe others. Safe tunes are ADR1K, ADR2k. Seems to be a "bug" that stays even if tune is "unloaded". Heres a vid with only ADR and Jammer 3s for fuel. YouTube - lebanon Valley 8-9-08 Carl

My truck has a bad shudder at 3000rpm -up ever since I loaded the latest comp tune. I've tried going back to ADR2000 & now that tune does it. I have the custom tuning & tried to fix the issue by adjusting stuff, nothing changes? Hey, nice video man! That thing runs good.

Thanks, I'm going for consistant right now. :) have to figure out which tunes are "safe"! I would like to try a more aggressive tune but dont want any issues!#@$%! Quad really needs to address this problem before it kills this great box. ;)

quick note, Quad has you putting tap under hood fuse #15, which is right headlamp, put on brights, kills low beam, kills box and Pulse!

What are you meaning? You think it is the fuse tap under the hood? I believe mine is connected to the positive battery.

On my truck 2002 instructions say to put wire in fuse box under hood #15 which is right headlamp. Other positive goes to fuse #9 in cab. Other years may have different instructions
